2019 Livestock Rules

Carcass Evaluation Information:
Please note: If you have a Sheep, Swine or Beef Carcass project – evaluations will be held on Wednesday, August 21 at Don’s Custom Meats in Waynesburg. Your rules may have another date listed. Please contact your committee representatives or the Junior Fair Office if you need further clarification.
Sheep/Swine Evaluations: Wednesday, August 21 at 5pm
Beef Evaluations: Wednesday, August 21 at 6:30pm
Please be prompt and courteous. Beef will have a sign-in sheet for project members.
Dairy Market Steer Evaluations: Thursday, August 22 at Polen Meats in East Canton.
Evaluations will begin promptly at 6pm.
This is a great educational experience. Even if you have not taken a carcass project and would like to learn more about it, please join us.

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM YOUR JUNIOR FAIR CAMPING CHAIRPERSON:

Hello All Jr. Fair Campers.

We are currently working on the camping reservations and mapping out spots.  This will take us a couple of weeks to finalize and then we will post the list.   If we need to move you around, we will contact you in advance.  Please be patient as we need to work in 20+ campers from the Northside.
